How do you wish to stretch?
This week for Wishcasting Wednesday, Jamie Ridler asks "How do you wish to stretch?" As someone who does both yoga and running regularly, I k now how important stretching is. I also know that proper stretching can set you up for a really excellent yoga class or great run. Thus to me, stretching is a small action that you take in order to fuel a larger goal. Here are a few of things that I wish to stretch:
- I wish to stretch my creative goddess by engaging in daily activities that nourish my soul
- I wish to stretch my healing by prioritizing healing activities and self-care
- I wish to stretch my authentic self by spending time to become more aware
