Kreativ Blogger Award

The lovely Christine at Blisschick passed this award along to me. Christine is a beautiful and kind soul who has a way of eloquently inserting bliss in all aspects of her life. If you have yet to check out her blog, I highly suggest that you head on over there and take a read.

This award has two parts. The first is to list seven things that I love. Here are the 7 thing that I am loving right now:

1. Meditation: I began doing a regular meditation practice a couple of weeks ago and it has really opened me up and taught me new ways to be still with myself. I am currently loving the guided meditation done by Goddess Leonie on Tranquility Du Jour Episode #154. You can find it here.

2. Laughter yoga: I went to my first laughter yoga class last weekend. I had no idea what to expect but knew that I loved both laughing and doing yoga. The class combined role playing, on the spot stand up comedy and yoga postures. It was fantastic and surprisingly I was able to push my edge in postures a little bit further than I usually can. I am really forward to another laughter yoga class this weekend.

3. Goddess school: I just signed up for the Creative Goddess e Course with Goddess Leonie and I am really excited for Goddess school to begin.

4. Morning runs in High Park. I live about five minutes from a beautiful park in Toronto. Every morning this week I have been forcing myself to get up a little earlier to allow for a more leisurely run. This has allowed me to see the leaves changing, take in the cool morning air and write my morning pages surrounded by nature.

5. Pumpkin flavored things. I absolutely love pumpkin. Now that fall is slowly but surely on the way I have been noticing that more and more places have pumpkin flavored items in stock. My local tea shop has a delightful decaf pumpkin tea that tastes just like pumpkin pie. It is the perfect reward at the end of a delightful run.

6. Preparing my package for Melita's tea trade. Since receiving my tea trade email, I have been having loads of fun going through my tea collection and deciding which tea to send.

7. Making and sending thank you cards. A couple of weeks ago, Pink Heels posted Project Thank You encouraging her readers to send out five thank you cards. Since reading that post, I have sent out five thank you cards a week. I have really loved being able to take the time to hand write letters and express my gratitude.

The second part of this award is to give it to seven other bloggers. Here are the seven other bloggers I would like to pass this award to:
